Keep showing up for myself

This sculpture is a quiet reminder of something simple and difficult at the same time: showing up.

Not just for work, for others, or for expectations - but for myself.

"Keep showing up for myself" is about persistence in the small moments. The days when motivation is low, when things feel uncertain, when progress is invisible. It speaks to the quiet strength of continuing anyway.

In creating her, I was thinking about resilience, self-trust, and the courage it takes to remain present with your own life. Not perfectly. Not gracefully. Just consistntly.

She stands as a gentle affirmation that growth isn't always dramatic. Sometimes it looks like returning to yourself again and again.

And sometimes, simply showing up is enough.
